Site Engineer

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Engineering

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities and ensure projects are executed as per approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise day-to-day site operations.
  • Execute work as per drawings and BOQ.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors.
  • Ensure quality control and safety compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and report to management.
  • Manage material planning and site inventory.
  • Handle site measurements and billing coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of experience in residential/commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing.
Preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate projects.
  • Ability to handle multiple vendors independently.

Accountant

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Finance

We are seeking a responsible and detail-focused Accountant to manage financial records, compliance, and reporting for real estate and group business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports and MIS.
  • Manage vendor payments and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with CA for audits and filings.
  • Maintain project-wise accounts.
  • Manage banking and cash flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.
  • 1–2 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST and taxation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
  • Experience in Real Estate or Construction accounting.
  • Knowledge of project-based accounting.
